Feature Usage
At first, this feature really was not being used with only 36 interactions in total in the last 6 months. I needed to create something that encourages users to interact with it, while balancing cost vs value and keeping the scope MVP.
Wireframing and Iteration
The project was highly iterative. I developed quick wireframes with small changes, tested often, and used feedback to improve the solution step by step.
Final Modal Design
After refinement, the final export modal removed clutter, improved hierarchy, and aligned with the wider design system.
